Spring into Spring

Welcome sunshine, daylight, playdates, barbecues, flowers, baseball, birds chirping--all the beautiful sights and sounds of spring. Spring is teeing off on a fresh game of golf, a whole exciting new adventure ahead.

The days longer, we spend so many afternoons outside. We've truly been blessed with warm, dry weather. Ashlyn knows her way to both parks in the neighborhood. It's quite cute. Lane joins us with a basketball in his hands or Harlo on a leash.

(Spring Break is here, and we are loving every minute of it!)

Ashlyn's new tricks include knowing A, B, C, and D and announcing "A" on every sign as we drive down the road. Additionally, she knows colors and shapes and is working on pronouncing them. Her favorite thing, giving Harlo "treats." She's all about her babies, books, and blocks.

Lane is crazy busy still. Baseball will commence in a week, and then the madness begins yet again. Also, he will attend Outdoor School just after the break, and I get to chaperone-- yay!! In April, we will visit his new "Middle School" to get him ready for next year. (He just joined Facebook, so you can find him there.)

Matt and I went to a wedding with our friends where we had a sitter for an afternoon--the 1st time we've done that. We are busy with following our kids around. THE BEST JOB EVER!! Of course, we have 2nd jobs, the ones we go to 5 days a week.
