Seven months, baby!

Ashlyn is seven months already? Really. She is turning into such a little person everyday. Over 24 lbs., she is able to sit up unsupported and wants to stand all the time. She is braving a cold right now, making her whimpery, and we also spot two I-teeth about to break through. She has taken a hiatus from eating solids for the above reasons and only wants to be held. But, we're okay with that.

When Ashlyn shows up to Kathy's (daycare), she is excited! She smiles for everyone, and all the kids surround her with toys and smiles. It's very cute! Not only is she loved there, but she absolutely loves it! Where we were most reluctant to start her in daycare, we know that it's a very good thing for her; she strives for the social interaction.

Spring break is approaching, and we look forward to having more time to spend with her, family, and to get our lives organized once again. Gramma and Papa will be arriving from Montana this week, and we will visit Southern Oregon to see Omi and Opa next week. Oh, spring break is a beautiful thing!
